About the job as a training coordinator:
As a training coordinator with us at Jefferson Wells, at our client Siemens Energy in Finspång, you will play a central role in ensuring that training sessions are planned, conducted, and followed up in an effective and quality-assured manner. You will work both operationally and strategically with training planning and have close contact with internal subject matter experts and external training providers. This role is suitable for you who enjoy creating structure, coordinating many points of contact, and contributing to continuous improvements in training processes.
Common tasks include:
- Independently plan and schedule training sessions with a focus on quality and efficient resource use.
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing dialogue with training providers and internal instructors.
- Ensure that venues, technology, materials, and refreshments are booked and prepared for training sessions.
- Manage participant administration such as invitations, lists, confirmations, and attendance tracking.
- Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations.
- Drive improvement work within training planning and supplier collaboration.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience in training planning who thrives in a coordinating role with many points of contact. You are structured, communicative, and have a knack for creating order and flow in administrative processes. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, service-oriented, and have a good ability to collaborate with both internal and external parties.
Additionally, we expect you to have:
- Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or a similar field.
- Documented experience in planning and scheduling training sessions.
- Experience in supplier contacts and collaboration with internal trainers/instructors.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills as well as good communication skills.
- Meritorious knowledge of SAP, planning tools, and digital training platforms/LMS.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
